Why can’t I bid?

First and foremost, you must register in order to participate in the auction. Go to the My Account tab and fill in the fields under the word “Register”.

I’ve registered but I still can’t bid!

You must be logged in to madewithloveoliver.com in order to bid on any auction item. Click on the My Account tab and login under the Login section.

It won’t take my bid of $0.50.

The minimum bid increment is $1 & only in whole dollar amounts.

Why can’t I see all the auction paintings?

Please note, there are two pages of auction items. Scroll down and see the page numbers to click on to switch between pages.

How do I switch quickly between auction items?

To switch between auction items quickly during the auction, use the back arrow by the madewithloveoliver.com address field. This method may not reflect the most recent bid on auction items but is the quickest way to navigate if you’re in competition with another bidder.

How do I see the current bid amounts?

By going to the tab A Vibrant Voice – Auction & clicking the drop down Auction – Happy Bidding! Menu, the current bids/auction item will refresh.

Why can’t I outbid myself?

In this auction, you can not outbid yourself. If you try, a banner will appear indicating that you can not outbid yourself. To see who is the current highest bidder, click the Auction History tab next to the Description of the painting.

How do I bid?

Bid amounts can be entered by:

manually typing in a dollar amount higher than the last bid
clicking on the + icon
by clicking on the up arrow icon.

Clicking the Bid button increases the bid amount by $1.

I didn’t receive an email.

Bid placement and outbid emails are sent for every auction item you place a bid. Check the email you registered with to ensure that your emails aren’t going to spam.

How much is Shipping and Handling?

Shipping costs are by region as follows:

For the continental USA: $35 for the first painting and $7 for each additional painting shipped to the same address.

For the US Virgin Islands: $75 for the first painting and $15 for each additional painting shipped to the same address.

For Orange County, CA: Free Local pickup is available. Enter coupon code “local pickup” (no quotes) at checkout. Use the Contact tab to send an email to confirm pickup location, date and time.

When shipping to multiple addresses, multiple transactions are required. Here’s how to ship to multiple addresses:

Login to your account at madewithloveoliver.com and add all the paintings for one address to the cart and purchase them (processed by PayPal at the rate above). Then return to madewithloveoliver.com & login to your account. Add to the cart the paintings shipped to a different address and purchase them (processed by PayPal at the rate above). Continue this procedure for each address.
